*If the PayPal account is a Business Account, and the Buyer is located in, and has a legal entity in, the same country as the Seller, then the account can be transferred. If the PayPal account cannot be handed over, or isn’t a Business Account, users will need to be asked to resubscribe through a new link, but there is a risk of heavy subscriber churn.

*If the Buyer has a legal entity in the same country as the Seller, then the Stripe account can be transferred. If the Stripe account cannot be handed over, there is a manual process for transferring subscribers, facilitated by EF and Stripe Support. There is a small risk that not all subscribers will migrate correctly.
