This listing is for an Amazon Merch and ecommerce business created in November 2015 in the apparel & accessories niche. The business owns 12K+ pieces of artwork that have been created and listed on multiple print-on-demand websites. The Merch account currently has 10,113 shirts live and is at the 25,000 tier. The business also has a partnership with a printer who ships shirts sold through merchant fulfilled options such as Amazon FBM, eBay, and the brand’s Shopify site.

The business requires minimal hours from the Seller. The majority of the income comes from royalties on the designs, and the rest comes from Amazon sales fulfilled by the outsourced printer. A researcher is occasionally hired to run the titles of the designs through the USPTO trademark database to make sure no new trademarks have been filed that match any of the titles listed. The Seller works with a couple of different graphic designers on a freelance basis and a family member posts designs onto the Merch account.

The Beta Program was temporarily discontinued from April to July in 2018 and is now being reinstated as a full platform. The UK & DE Merch accounts will be reactivated shortly, giving the Buyer a nice opportunity to expand on an emerging platform.

*There is some FBA inventory tied to the Amazon Seller Central account that will need to transfer to the new owner, as the Merch account cannot be separated from the Amazon Seller Central account.
*Over the course of the business, there have been various occasions (some valid, some not) where the Seller was asked to remove designs because of various trademark complaints and did so.
