This listing is for a dropshipping business created in January 2017 in the sports & outdoors niche. The Shopify site features products relating to a popular past time that takes place on the water. The nicely designed site features products from suppliers that are all located within the US. This business has enjoyed consistent income for the last several months and requires minimal work from the Seller.

The Seller takes care of the day to day operations of this business which include customer calls, emails, and order fulfillment. New product and collection content is also added by the Seller. The main sources of traffic are Google Adwords and the Retarget App. There is some seasonality in this business due to the outdoor nature, with summer months providing the highest revenue.

*The Seller handles shipping costs for one of their suppliers. This is still a dropshipping arrangement. This has been noted in the P&L. For the rest of the suppliers who include shipping, that cost has been included in the COGS.

*In July the Seller accidentally added the Google Analytics tracking code a second time on their website. This caused a double counting of page views, pages/session, and bounce rate. The duplicate code was removed in October and the correct metrics are now being recorded.

*The business was originally at a different domain name and switched to the current domain in May 2017. The previous domain redirects to the current one and is included in the sale.
