This business requires minimal work from the Seller.

The main source of traffic for this site is organic from Google. The business gets 185K+ monthly viewers on Pinterest and expanding that presence is an option for the new owner. The Seller gets a lot of emails from companies and brands looking to place guest posts, sponsored content, and more, but they have not pursued this. This is another option for the Buyer to explore. The business also generates a small income from Adsense. They have casually placed ads around the site, and are experimenting with using an ad publishing company to improve this process.

The Seller hasn't really added much content since October 2017. The content was mostly outsourced, though the Seller did write some articles. Publishing more often is a great potential area of improvement for the Buyer to pursue. The Seller will include a list of SOPs for keyword research and content publishing to the Buyer. The Seller is also happy to provide 3 months of support to ensure a smooth transition.

*Some dips in traffic in the last year were due to the site being down while the theme was updated and also temporarily removing the GA code in the theme. The Seller has also switched hosts to avoid site downtime. None of the traffic dips were related to Google penalties.

*No PBN links are currently in use, but there were PBN links on the site around March 2017. They didn’t seem to have much of an impact on the site or traffic at the time so the Seller removed them shortly after they were placed. Right now the only links pointing to the site are natural.
