This listing is for an Adsense business created in November 2016 in the beauty & cosmetics niche. The Wordpress site features price guides for beauty related activities.  The business also earns from advertising and Amazon Associates, giving some nice diversification. This growing site has traffic spread across several pages and requires very little time from the Seller to maintain.

On a monthly basis, the Seller updates the site, adds new pages, and occasionally adds an article. The Seller also spends a bit of time updating plugins and building links. The site currently focuses on the US, and the Seller recommends expanding to the UK and Australia. Almost all traffic is organic. Since the business primarily makes money from Adsense, there is room for expansion with both advertising, which brings in around 10% of the revenue, and Amazon Associates, which brings in around 2% of the revenue.
