• Focusing on guest post outreach and other forms of clean whitehat linking building are a big opportunity - the site ranks well for many keywords, but there are also plenty of keywords to improve
• Optimizing and improving the e-mail list. The site collects around 300 new opt-ins per month, but there is just have a single follow up series promoting an affiliate offer which doesn't perform great. The list is currently at 3,350.
• Expanding articles to rank for non-competitive keywords in the niche.
•  There's potential to attract direct advertisers that are interested in reaching the demographic and visitors.

Work & Skills Required

• -Write & send weekly newsletter to email list. Takes about 30 minutes
• -Login to make sure all plugins and themes are up to date.
• -Outreach to blogs for guest posting opportunities. Order guest blog posts, for any acceptances.
• Overall time is around 1 hour weekly.
• The VA currently takes care of it all at $7/hour, which is factored into costs on the P&L. The cost of content for guest posts is also factored in (300 words per post at $3/100 words - about 2 posts per month).
• Outreach isn't strictly necessary to maintain the current level of income - but it would help to get high quality links, and thus help traffic and revenue growth.
