  • Add more products - Adding more products similar to the current ones could provide extra revenue streams with limited work. These could be premium versions of the current products, new color, kids/adult versions or even completely new related or unrelated products.
  • Expand into other Amazon countries - Currently this brand is sold in the UK. The brand has professionally translated listings and follow up emails set up for Germany, France, Spain and Italy and these, along with the US Amazon marketplace hold HUGE potential for growth and expansion for the brand.
  • Expand into other marketplaces - Expanding off the Amazon platform could also be a great return on investment. Platforms such as eBay, Shopify or even retail could be quick wins. eBay and Shopify can both be linked into Amazon FBA for fulfillment so no extra monthly workload would be incurred.
