Work & Skills Required
On a daily basis the seller checks and responds to emails from their existing/new customers. There are approximately 1 or 2 emails per day from existing customers. The seller completes about 2 demos of the software per month, which take about an hour each. When a new customer is acquired, they need to be set up with a contract and provided an on boarding session. On an average week the seller is spending around 4-6 hours on the business.
Seller Support Includes
Seller is willing to give the buyer as much support as needed during the first 30 days following closing. This can be phone, Skype, email, etc. After the first 30 days the seller will be available to answer any questions or issues the buyer may have.
