This listing is for a display advertising, Amazon Associates, and affiliate business created in March 2012 in the home niche.  The WordPress site provides product reviews and how-to guides with best practices on refurnishing a particular area of the home. The business has a well-aged domain with well-diversified traffic and requires minimal effort from the Seller to maintain.

The business generates revenue through Ezoic (~55%), Amazon Associates (~25%), and HomeAdvisor (~20%). Organic search makes up the bulk of traffic (~92%), followed by direct (~7%), and referral (~1%). The top three countries where traffic comes from are the US (~81%), the UK (~7%), and Canada (~5%). 

The majority of content was added by the Seller, with some articles written by outsourced writers from Upwork. Content isn’t added on a regular schedule, which presents a growth opportunity for the Buyer to add more content to target more keywords and increases sales.

The site has gathered a large backlink profile organically since it first started. Included with the sale are two domains that the Seller started and grew, and are now 301 redirects pointing to the primary domain. The Buyer may wish to continue building up these domains to generate additional revenue.

The Seller noted that the business has gained some interest and views on Pinterest, which might be another channel worth exploring to establish an additional traffic source.

If traffic continues to increase, another growth opportunity for the Buyer could be to apply for higher-paying affiliate programs.

* Analytics data was affected from August 16 to October 5 because the Seller removed a plugin from the site that they didn’t realize was connected to analytics.

*Earnings in December 2019, January, and April 2020 were affected by Ezoic going down due to technical issues with a hosting change. Display advertising earnings in April – July were partially impacted by downgrading Ezoic Premium to a lower-priced plan temporarily.
