This listing is for a SaaS business created in December 2014 in the employment niche. The software is an application hosted on the Salesforce AppExchange platform that helps employers and employees to automate certain features of running a company. The well-aged business has shown consistent earnings with very minimal work required from the Seller.

The business makes its income from 419 users spread across 19 companies. On average two new users are acquired each month. It earns $5 per user in monthly recurring revenue, although three companies currently opt to pay annually. This accounts for the seasonality seen in April.

The seller spends less than an hour a week on the business. Approximately one email is received every two weeks which the Seller answers. Included in the sale is a master guide for the app which answers most of the common queries users may have.

No developer is currently attached to the business and isn’t needed unless new features want to be added. The Seller has worked with a freelance developer before who might be willing to work with a Buyer. A new version of the app has been created but needs to be bug tested before being rolled out.

Adding the app to other platforms could be an area of growth for a Buyer to consider. They have been approached by Oracle to add the app to their cloud platform but haven’t yet. Also included in the sale is a domain that 301 redirects to the Salesforce app store. Building out this domain to diversify sales could be an option for a Buyer.

The business doesn’t spend any money on marketing. Implementing a form of PPC advertising and/or SEO could help to further its success.
