This listing is for an affiliate and Amazon Associates business created in November 2016 in the children’s niche. The site features guides for toys and activities relating to educational subjects. The business has seen good overall growth, particularly in the past few months, and requires minimal work from the Seller to maintain.

The main sources of revenue are affiliate; Impact (69%) and Share a Sale (9%), with Amazon Associates (22%) also being used.

The top three traffic channels are organic search (~84%), social (~8%), and direct (7%). The countries responsible for the traffic are the US (~76%), Canada (6%), and the UK (~5%).

Previously, the Seller has written the content. Since March 2020 the Seller has made an effort to improve the content and link building on the site. A writer now creates two to three blog posts a month and would be willing to work with the new owner. SEOButler has been used to publish some paid-for guest posts.

The Seller spends three to four hours a week working on the site. They create and schedule Pinterest pins, update existing content, send out emails, and plan new content. The existing keyword research done by the Seller will be included in the sale as well as access to their content calendar.

All social media accounts are included in the sale. This includes a Pinterest account that is responsible for nearly all of the social traffic mentioned above. An email list of 2,276 subscribers stored in ConvertKit represents an opportunity if the buyer can grow and monetize it.
