The Java application aims to help business owners transfer data between two popular business tools and earns revenue from monthly subscription fees. The growing business is in a well carved out niche and requires minimal work from the Sellers.

The software receives an update every six months. The Sellers are not developers themselves and have outsourced development in the past. While the developers are unaware of the sale, the Sellers are confident they’ll want to continue working with the Buyer. The Sellers spend about two hours per week on the business answering customer inquiries and managing occasional development.

The Sellers have not done any paid advertising for the business. The two business tools that this software is integrated with have links for the software on their sites and this drives the majority of the traffic. The business has Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, but they don’t contribute much to the traffic.
