*In May 2018 the site received a penalty related to the use of the Yoast plugin. This penalty affected many site owners using this plugin. After recognizing the issue, the Seller de-indexed the unimportant links, and the site returned to its normal position within a few weeks.
*There are some gaps in traffic that are due to tracking codes missing for Google Analytics, and not from actual falls in traffic. This was due to site updates where the tracking code was removed from the site and not replaced immediately, so Google Analytics could not properly track the traffic.
*We’ve decided to use a 9-month average of net profit for the valuation because we felt that a 12-month average did not accurately represent the current state of the business.
