This listing is for a SaaS business created in June 2016 in the online publishing niche. The Wordpress site features a software that helps KDP publishers. With three subscription plans in place, including a free plan for marketing, the business is growing and requires minimal work from the Sellers.

Growth is entirely organic. The recently implemented free tier for marketing already has over 100 free tier users. Churn for this business is low, losing maybe one customer per month. The business is run by two people — one taking care of programming, the other managing marketing. They work around three to four hours per week on this business, mostly answering customer support requests.

With the current setup, the Buyer would need some technical knowledge in order to make cancellations and such requests in the app. It is currently done via engineering. If the Buyer is an engineer the Sellers can show them how to do this. If the Buyer would like to make those actions accessible through the admin interface, it is an option that can be negotiated.

A Facebook page and a product development group have been created. They are not important with respect to traffic or growth, but the group is a nice tool that helps connect with customers. The email list has around 370 subscribers and is mainly used for product updates and rare offers like Black Friday. It’s not very optimized at the moment, so this is an opportunity for the Buyer to improve.
