Work & Skills Required
- The business is now set up to run itself - sellers have put in place smart business systems that have minimized the amount of work required by buyers. Seller spends 1 hour a day overseeing things and ensuring that everything is running smoothly. In saying so, no work is required by the future buyer if they would like to earn passive income.
- One task that requires time is organizing ambassadors for their brand - the system in place now allows the sellers to complete this task in a very timely fashion. Sellers also have Virtual Assistants who run their company. They will be providing the new buyers with the company in which we source the VA's. For each task that needs to be completed day-to-day, we have created Step By Step instructions for the VA's, so there is MINIMAL training required for staff.
- All shipping and order processing is done by a 3rd Party Logistics service in Melbourne, Australia. We do not need to store any stock ourselves or deal with any physical stock - all the items are dispatched behind the scenes and integrated with Shopify.
- The sellers post on Instagram twice a day to maintain activity on Instagram.
Seller Support Includes
Sellers will give the buyer the support they need to feel comfortable enough to run the business themselves. They will provide the buyer with 2 hours of phone support PER DAY for the first 2 weeks. Following the two week period, they will provide support to the seller via email for another 2 weeks. This is a total of 4 week support in which the seller can contact the sellers at any time with whatever questions they may have. For the following 2 months, they will still answer any questions / give advice to the new buyers via email. Seller will also allow 1 Skype call per week for a 1 hour duration to assist and recap their progression + sales.
