The customer will receive all of the business assets which include:
Domain and site content
Customers: All customer records
Products: Starter Kit, Pro Kit, Complete Kit, Zombie Kit and online product documentation
Outsourcers: Developer, support assistant, and alternative outsourcer contacts
All Marketplace accounts and listings: Unity Asset Store, Chupamobile, GameGorillaz, SellMyApp
The business transfer process is easy and completely managed. Once the buyer has sent their information, the existing site, business details and marketplace accounts will be updated to reflect the new owner information. The website files will be transferred and setup by the seller or the hosting company depending on the options the buyer chooses. All of this is done within a period of 48 hours after the business sale agreement.
After the transfer process is complete, the buyer will provide access to all accounts and temporary passwords to check and verify everything is in order.
Once done, the support period negotiated with the business transfer will begin and the seller providing additional services as requested by the buyer before the sale. The outsourced support assistant and developer continue under new contracts with the buyer (if the buyer would like to retain the same team with this business).

Work & Skills Required
The project is fully outsourced and automated since earlier in 2015. I hired a support assistant, which freed up my time dramatically. Now, I work mostly on other businesses but still spend a little time - about 5 hours per month - on small ways I can help this business.
For example:
1) reading potential customers messages to look for new trends we can earn more money with
2) sending a payment once a month for the support assistant through paypal
3) answering a few questions each month the support assistant sends to the developer and me before the developer answers (so he can focus on his work).
Breakdown of Automated Tasks:
Sales: Sold automatically through our website and third-party marketplaces.
Processing: Orders through our site are automatically processed and delivered 24 hours a day.
Support: For pre-sale and support questions, I hired an assistant for email support. He's willing to stay with the business and knows enough about the business to handle most questions we receive and also generate new sales from potential clients.
Development: For making new products, the business comes with a great, self-managed developer who understands the game genre and has built all of our kits on his own without my help. He's a great expert who sets his own goals and continually works towards them. Also, the developer answers any questions the support assistant doesn't know yet. They work well together. Most of his role in the past years has been making new and improved products for us to sell. (Great for buyers who are more interested in the way I've automated this particular business)
Seller Support Includes
Seller will be available for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 6 months for owner training, remote management of the entire business, or consulting. Past businesses sold usually include up to 5 hours of personal support per week but the amount of time, level of continued involvement with the business, and specific tasks is negotiable depending on what buyer would like help with.
In addition, the buyer will receive fully-prepared documentation regarding how the business has been run, strategies, all files, and personalized owner tutorial videos for every major activity the previous owner has done so you can watch and learn.
