This allows the seller to be incredibly responsive to customer questions and concerns. This should remain a huge focus for the new owners.
• Other than that, the seller recommends that new owner continue to grow the AdWords budget efficiently. Seller recently switched to a newer grouping of products which has led to cutting the budget in half, while still maintaining sales. This is done by bidding less on general keywords and more on specific transactional keywords. Seller recommends that the buyer continues to search the transactional keyword lists and move any that are not suitable to the general campaign. This will be a portion of the initial training.
• To really excel, seller recommends that the buyer starts focusing on increasing the amount of organic search traffic that visits the website. Using social media and gaining links, the new buyer should be able to double their income in the next 12 months with this as another primary focus.

Work & Skills Required

• On a day to day basis, it takes the seller about 15-20 minutes to process orders. This includes uploading shipping information and process new orders. Also, 3 times a week, the seller uploads inventory updates that take about 5 minutes, and then 10 minutes for the server to run the script. Optionally, the seller spends about 1-2 hours a month updating the advertising search terms and budgets. This is all through Google AdWords and the seller also recommends some training if the client is not familiar with it yet. A little knowledge in SEO would be very beneficial for running the site too.

Seller Support Includes

Seller would be more than happy to offer training to operate the site, as well as additional support. Seller can offer a 1.5 hour initial training screen share, where they walk the new owner through how to process orders and such. They can also direct them to locations where they are able to learn more after that. In addition, the seller is offering 30 days of email support with limited phone support over the same time.

Reason for Sale

Seller was offered a chance to operate a franchise full time from their current employer. It would constitute a large increase in workload, which would make running both businesses, as well as spending time with family, virtually impossible.
