• Since the seller has based this website around making the earnings as passive as possible, the seller has found a very trustworthy traffic supplier that they have been using since September of last year. All the seller does at the moment is buy the traffic at the beginning of the month. Sometimes the traffic runs out faster during one month than during others, so towards the end, the seller might need to buy a little extra traffic and that's all. Seller buys the traffic every month and then on the 21st of the next month, the seller gets paid from Adsense.

The seller is willing to give the buyer 30 days of email support. The seller has no problem helping the buyer get used to the site, although it requires very little work overall. The seller is also willing to chat with the new owner through Skype during those 30 days.

Reason for Sale

Seller bought the website in the middle of October 2015 hoping to increase revenue and make profit from the sale by trying different traffic sources. In January there was a dip in revenue, but it has since gone back up, and the seller is looking to sell it now and move on to different projects.
