Opportunities
- If I was continuing to expand the site I would outsource product reviews for all of the products in my affiliate spreadsheet. Then I would build links to those product reviews through high quality guest posting.
- I would also build links to the other pages with 1000+ keyword search volume that are on page 2 and 3 to bring them to page 1. Then I would rotate affiliate links to see what converts best on each page. (See Rankings.png attached. There are a number of high volume keywords sitting on pages 2-5 that would bring lots of traffic.)
- Lastly, I would write articles focusing on the several groups of keywords in the Keyword Research Spreadsheet that are medium-high volume with low competition. Then I would build links to those pages.
Work & Skills Required
- do nothing to work on the site at this point. Occasionally, I will repost an old blog post on my social media profiles. I would say I actually spend 1-2 hours per month on the site, most of which is putting my earnings into a spreadsheet.
Seller Support Includes
I'm willing to offer the buyer a 1 hour phone call to ask me any questions about the site and growing it, along with 3 months of email support.
Reason for Sale
I have started a client SEO (LeadRush.co) and need the cash to pay off CC debt and fund client acquisition. If it wasn't for the debt, I'd probably keep the site and add more articles and grow it. I'm very sad to see it go, but my handling my current financial situation and getting more SEO clients are more important. I hope whoever buys it takes the keyword list I put together and uses it to expand the site content out because I put a lot of sweat equity into this site.
