- The site has great potential, but the seller hasn't been able to reach their goals for the site for the same reasons they are selling... lack of time. The site is well reviewed and has featured in several “top 20 lists” for many entertainment websites. It has been featured in Readers Digest and several other popular media outlets.
- People are currently attracted to the site, but what the site needs in order to grow is more content of at least 2-3 articles a day with the same quality it currently has. More engagement within the social media outlets will endear the owner to their audience and in the end, get them more visitors. The site could benefit from some SEO expertise, which the seller doesn’t have. These variables can grow the site at an explosive rate if the new owner has the time and resources
- The site isn't without it's risks though. If the new owner does not put in the effort that is currently being exerted, the site will not stay stable, but will in fact decline. For this, the new owner will need to research the web, reblog from other websites, write to photographers etc.. What the seller currently does is follow a number of websites in specific niches, and when they see viral/interesting articles, they reblog them. It takes about 1-2 hours to create a post/article, so that is about 8-15 hours of work a week for the current article flow.
