• The site has great potential, but the seller hasn't been able to reach their goals for the site for the same reasons they are selling... lack of time. The site is well reviewed and has featured in several “top 20 lists” for many entertainment websites. It has been featured in Readers Digest and several other popular media outlets.
• People are currently attracted to the site, but what the site needs in order to grow is more content of at least 2-3 articles a day with the same quality it currently has. More engagement within the social media outlets will endear the owner to their audience and in the end, get them more visitors. The site could benefit from some SEO expertise, which the seller doesn’t have. These variables can grow the site at an explosive rate if the new owner has the time and resources
• The site isn't without it's risks though. If the new owner does not put in the effort that is currently being exerted, the site will not stay stable, but will in fact decline. The seller has seen this happen in the past, when less effort is put in and the visitors, revenue, etc declines. So it's very important to maintain the current amount of work to keep the site steady, but with extra work, could see the site grow at a very rapid pace.
• The revenue could also be optimised by tapping into new streams like native content units such as Outbrain and Taboola. The seller personally doesn't like these kind of ads, so they decided not to use them, even if it means leaving money on the table.

Work & Skills Required

• The site needs at least one new article every day that is visually stunning, short text (5-6 lines) and mostly images that inspire. For this, the new owner will need to research the web, reblog from other websites, write to photographers etc.. What the seller currently does is follow a number of websites in specific niches, and when they see viral/interesting articles, they reblog them. It takes about 1-2 hours to create a post/article, so that is about 8-15 hours of work a week for the current article flow.

Seller will provide 30 days of email support and a initial 2 hour Skype call. 

Reason for Sale

Seller currently wants to focus on other things and they don't have enough time to build and grow the business, despite it's great potential. When building the site, the seller never intended to sell it, but they feel the time has come to move on.
