Assets Included in the Sale
- In the site transfer, the domain, all site content and files, the Facebook page and all 4 program courses will be included. Seller will add the new buyer to the courses as new instructor with 100% revenue share (actually is 50%, the program automatically takes the other 50%), and step down from the course. Students will now see only the new buyer/instructor name. (Details of accounts transfer can be discussed later on. Is is also possible to transfer the account and the new buyer use the seller's name, changing the email address and personal details, like the personal Facebook page).

- The website needs organic traffic and SEO. At the moment, the majority of the traffic comes from the Facebook page, also included in the sale. But with more posts and SEO it can reach much more potential buyers. Seller also would try coupons to the courses with different prices and track the success.
- The courses can reach much more sales with more publicity. Seller has contacted the instructors that says that they reach great revenue with Facebook ads, Adwords, and press release articles. Unfortunately the seller does not have the bases to try this approach.
- Seller would also make more contact with the students by email and directly on the program's courses page. The program allows you to send emails to all students regarding new lessons, asking questions, and even asking for a review. Writing on the program's courses page also increases the trust to potential new students, because they see an active course. This is crucial, and because the seller is not a native English speaker, they don't feel comfortable doing this. The seller is confident sales will increase with more interaction with the students.
Work & Skills Required
- For the seller the work consists of answering emails from students regarding questions about content of the courses. Seller also adds new posts on the Facebook page, advertising their website and other courses with their affiliate code from linkshare/rakuten. It takes no more than 20 minutes per day.

Seller is willing to give the new buyer 30 days of email support and two hours on Skype.
Reason for Sale
The seller is selling this website and all the program's courses included, plus their Facebook page because they are not a native English speaker and despite their relative success with these courses, they are struggling to answer their students and to also make new lectures with a good accent.
