Domain, site content/files, and a few keyword research documents which may help if the buyer wishes to expand the site.
An Amazon site built in August 2014 in the sports niche. The site is all about camping gear and equipment. This site is a very standard Amazon site that any buyer would be excited to get their hands on because of the typical potential that comes with these sites. This site could be left on auto pilot as you sit back and collect some steady earnings, or it could be tweaked and worked on to get earnings trending in an upward direction. We averaged out the multiple the Empire Flippers Valuation tool generated, and settled on a multiple of 21x in pricing this site.
Targeting various other keyword silos is a main opportunity, as seller only launched with six main topics. There are multiple other fairly large categories to target, and all the individual products and information that comes along with those.
The site ranks quite well, so adding content is the lowest hanging fruit.
Nothing social has ever been done, so social media and outreach could be started to grow the sites links and traffic.
YouTube videos, becoming active in forums, adding non-affiliate blog content - all these things can grow the site. Seller has not spent any time optimizing or growing outside of the link campaigns, so there should be a lot of potential.
Work & Skills Required
Seller makes a schedule for his VA, who then writes and posts articles on my private network sites. Seller adds the links after VA posts the article. This takes 1 hour/week. Otherwise, only time involved is when optimizing or adding content, neither of which have been done since launching the site.
Seller Support Includes
Seller is willing to provide 30 days of email support and 1 hour of Skype calls if necessary over the course of that 30 days.
Reason for Sale
Seller is raising some capital to invest in another project.
