• If the seller had more money, they would spend it on advertising.  There's also a huge market for beauty products in this country, so there are opportunities there to review products and/or have affiliate links.  Seller also wanted to do more "Top 5" lists for things that have viral appeal.  As far as advertising goes,  the seller would advertised on this niche's news websites.

Work & Skills Required

• Seller spent 2 hours a week researching and writing content, that's about all that was required. Sometimes people would ask questions through the Facebook page and the seller would answer as best they could.  Seller also queued up stories related to the niche for the Facebook page every once in a while.  This doesn't take more than a few mins a day.

Reason for Sale

The seller is tired of running the site at this point.  They are no longer interested in the topic, so it has become somewhat of a chore.  The seller was thinking of selling it earlier this year, but wasn't able to due to unforeseen circumstances.  The last week of June was the first time the seller checked up on the site in months.  Seller assumed the earnings would be way down since the site had been neglected, but instead it still continued to do pretty well. The seller figured if it's earning this much just sitting there, someone will surely want to buy it!  It's a very passive income at this point. Please note seller have not done any backlinking for this website, nor have seller advertised it (aside from once buying an ad space for $5 through fiverr, which lasted 3 days)
