• Main product promoted is a general household item that is needed all year around, no seasonality with it so there is a steady income opportunity. In terms of growth, it is possible to go the same route that the seller started with the last 2 pages and develop the site in a general.
• Knives and sharpeners site with potential to rank and monetize additional knife related money pages.  The seller started that already by changing title and logo for additional pages specifically on 2 types of knives.
• As you may know the latest moves from Google were putting more trust and giving rankings to authority sites, so building up a site which already has trust and authority in a niche related to knives is a good opportunity.  The 2 new pages are not ranking yet (seller built quite a few links to them recently) but will rank soon enough once they are fully indexed and links are indexed as well.
• Seller would expect income to at least triple once the pages are ranking in the nearest future. Also, the main page and keywords of the site are not on the 1 position in SERPS, if seller can get it there - it will increase traffic and earnings.  Also, seller hasn't done anything on Conversion Rate Optimization, and there could be potential there to get more clicks and sales.
• Lastly, just adding more reviews of popular knife sharpeners will bring a lot of long tail traffic on the back of the site's current authority in the niche.

Work & Skills Required

• Seller spends a few hours when adding new money pages (around 2 hours), but this task is not needed to maintain the site, only to grow it.  The main pages that bring traffic and money are there already and a lot of links have been built the last few of months, so they will keep ranking and domain authority will grow stronger for months.  New content addition is optional, but not required as seller hasn't added anything for several months prior to these 2 pages and there was no negative result on rankings.

Seller's willing to give a 30 days email support and 30 minute Skype call that can be done on a weekend or evening.

Reason for Sale

This site is a steady earner, but it doesn't really push it over the edge for the seller to be able to quit office job and live location independently.  The seller wants to invest in riskier online ventures with higher potential return.
