• Opportunities - The site's been running without much external SEO, the link profile is very clean and seller has only built good strong links that they have full control over (except for maybe social bookmark, press release links etc.).
• Currently the site is only targeting 2 niches but has already become a strong authority domain.  The buyer can easily add more niches to the site and it will naturally start ranking for a lot of terms without more off-page SEO.  It could seriously go up to 500k monthly visitors by simply adding more content.
• Also the buyer can build out the email list and effectively market to it better.  Seller is not very knowledgeable in email marketing, but they know there is definitely an opportunity there.
• Risk – Seller has been running the site for over 1.5 years and have not been affected by any Google penalties.  But a possible risk to the buyer would be if they built poor links to the site.  Instead, seller recommends the buyer to focus only on on-page SEO and keep clean links directed to the site.

Work & Skills Required

• All content is already completely ready in the backend of the site.  Seller has made it a very easy transition for the buyer.  The buyer simply needs to schedule the content for the next 6 months, throw in their affiliate links and implement basic on-page SEO (which seller can provide support for if needed).
• For the scheduling, setting up affiliate links, taking backup, basic on-page would probably be an initial 2-3 hours and then about 30 mins - 1 hour of site monitoring over the month. Mostly everything can be outsourced and set to autopilot if need be.
