• The current clients who receive the leads have been very happy to date and certainly would be open to increasing their own business further through marketing efforts beyond SEO. Here are a few suggestions:
• Pay per click, Google Places - This is an area that the seller believes can add significant value to both the new owner in terms of revenue and the clients in terms of increased leads and profits.
• Email Marketing - This could play a role in increasing the leads.
• Basically, the more leads the site can generate, the more you can charge the client, or it has the potential to be worked out on a profit share percentage of the jobs completed if the new owner prefers that model and can be discussed direct with the partners we already have in place.

Work & Skills Required

• The main task would be sending the invoices to the clients and preparing the monthly call history. The seller uses excel to send the call history and PayPal to send the invoice. As there are 4 sites, this would approximately take 2 hours per month. If the new buyer wishes to add new content, say to a blog, the time would need to be factored in but isn’t something the sellers currently do.

Seller Support Includes

For the sale of these sites, seller would be happy to assist in the transition process for a period of 30 days after the sales completion. During this 30 day period, seller will provide unlimited email support and 2 hours’ worth of phone or Skype time. Seller is also happy to assist in liaising between the new owner and the client(s) who are currently receiving the leads from the site during the 30 day period.

Reason for Sale

Seller wants to raise capital for further investment into business growth.
