Owner spends no time maintaining the site or AdWords accounts, and they are still performing well. That being said, if the new buyer chooses to spend time split testing and optimizing it could be beneficial. The day to day operations of the business are different, but generally it's the same work.
Seller has a VA do the work who also does a range of other tasks, but seller would say they work around 30 mins per application and 2 hours per week of follow up, sometimes more on busy weeks. Seller pays the current VA $3.50 per hour for this work and a bonus if they convert a cold lead into a sale. This is a $10 bonus. The VA will be included in the sale.
