Depending on how the buyer wishes to take on this website, either of these approaches will apply:
BEFORE (i.e., All of 2014, and January of 2015): When the seller was actively uploading new posts the work involved was approximately 2 hours a week. They would write a batch of posts and trickle upload them over a period of days. Posts themselves were rarely greater than 300+ words, so time was mostly spent finding appropriate content to curate. Once a post went live, it was also uploaded to the Facebook fan page.
AFTER (February to Present): Due to other business commitments, for the past 3 months ALL revenue has been achieved through the usage of Facebook ads that he had running every other 2 weeks. There has been zero effort to create new posts or even upload engaging photos or content onto my Facebook fan page. This approach requires approximately 1 hour per month of work. This is an extremely generous approximation, as that 1 hour was initially spent back in February, creating a Facebook ad campaign for a target audience. Since the ad campaign was launched, the only actual effort he have made is to pause the ad campaign for two weeks at a time to reduce 'ad fatigue'.
