• Social Media - Currently there is no social media outreach done. New facebook/twitter/instagram accounts could be created and new content posted to gain additional traffic.
• Target Long Tail Keywords - The websites niche has low-competition long tail keywords that the site is not targeting. With more content targeting these words there is room for more traffic.
• Grow to an Authority Site - The website's domain and content put it in a position to be a good brand for an authority site for its topic. Currently the site's content is mainly concerned with product reviews but this can be expanded to include any and all aspects of this topic including daily news, building guides, video reviews, and more. This topic is gaining a lot of popularity among consumers right now who are being introduced to it as it is starting to become more mainstream.
• Please note that RankHero and a privately owned PBN were used during the creation of this site. However, the site has maintained ranking through all Google updates.

Work & Skills Required

• The seller currently spends 1-2 hours per week maintaining the site which primarily  includes adding new content.
• Please note that this is NOT a typical WordPress site. It's built in HTML/CSS/PHP.
• Adding new content means editing html files and making sure they are formatted correctly. Also, adding content to the sidebar, navbar, and footer needs to be done by editing these files.
• Basic knowledge of html/css/php is necessary but the seller is willing to explain the process of what files need to be added and edited in order to create new articles and content.

The seller is willing to provide 30 Days email support and 2 one hour phone calls.
