Iria is a dynamic mom entrepreneur and former e-commerce coach. She built a seven-figure e-commerce business from the ground up and after successfully selling her business with Empire Flippers in 2022, she became inspired to join the team. With years of experience in building, acquiring, and selling multiple businesses, she has developed a well-rounded perspective that bridges the gap between buyers and sellers.

In addition to her e-commerce success, Iria has real estate experience in her native Costa Rica. Iria also owns a vibrant signs and graphics shop in Tampa and enjoys splitting her time between Costa Rica, Tampa, and Texas. As a devoted mom to two energetic toddlers under the age of two, Iria’s greatest joy comes from raising her children with an open mindset, encouraging their curiosity and reminding them that the sky's the limit when it comes to what they can achieve.
