The business consists of a team of independent sales reps who have secured retail vendor accounts from over 80 retailers and sells make-up products, facial cleansing tools, and accessories. The established brand has over 20K followers on social media and an email list of 10K+ subscribers. Overall, the business requires minimal effort from the Seller to maintain.

Approximately 50% of revenue is from the US and 50% from the EU.

There are two suppliers, one of which is located in Ningbo, China, and the other in Shenzhen, China. The business has used these suppliers for over 5 years and the vendor contracts are included in the sale.

On a weekly basis, the Seller has a brand-wide meeting with the product dev manager, GM/sales manager, and the supply chain & logistics manager to discuss the product pipeline and ongoing processes. Otherwise, on a daily basis, the GM/sales manager manages the independent sales reps' network and retailer accounts, the product dev manager spends time on sourcing new products/trends and ensuring existing collection and inventory are optimal, and the supply chain/logistics manager corresponds with the 3PLs and Flexport to ensure all shipments are handled timely and accurately.

All employees and sales reps would be willing to continue working with a new owner.

*The business currently operates as a Canadian entity with a European entity subsidiary. There's the option for the Buyer to take over the Canadian entity and European entity subsidiary. The business has a physical office in Montreal that employees usually attend once a week and work remotely outside of this. The lease expires in January 2023. This physical location has been considered discretionary.
