Kyle’s background is in engineering and he spent the last 10 years managing large scale capital projects and leading a team of other engineers. He is a project manager for Empire Flippers Capital. He calls St. Simons Island, Georgia home but enjoys traveling as much as possible. In his free time he enjoys golf, snowboarding, triathlons, and really anything else outdoors!

What made you want to join the team?
As I got to know the online business world Empire Flippers was a consistent presence, and it was clear the team culture was both excellent and extremely rare. When I found a position that fit my interests and skill set I couldn’t wait to join!
What does your main job consist of? Any side projects? Tell us about it!
In my main role I wear many hats, working with engineering, marketing, legal, and investors. That is one of my favorite parts of the role, almost everyday is different and building relationships both within EF and outside is very rewarding. This role keeps me very busy but I do run a small vacation rental business in a small beachtown in America!
Favorite travel experience?
There are so many unique experiences it is impossible to choose. I will say that the common theme is boats. Sailing around the Whitsundays (Australia), Dodecanese Islands (Eastern Greece), Croatia, and the BVIs are definitely at the top.
